COVID-19 UPDATE

The following information is provided for use by Nevada Gaming Licensees in support of enhanced Responsible Gaming efforts during this unprecedented time in our state.

The AGA Code of Conduct represents a broad commitment by the entire gaming industry to make the public aware of responsible gaming resources, and incorporates responsible gaming into. To Nevada Gaming Operators:

The Nevada Gaming Control Board recently issued their Health and Safety Policies for Resumption of Gaming Operations, which included the following directive regarding Responsible Gaming:

“Plans must include the licensee’s commitment to and implementation of responsible gaming measures. Licensees are encouraged to enhance their responsible gaming measures, including, without limitation, providing enhanced training to employees and creating specialized messaging for patrons.”

We appreciate the Board and industry’s acknowledgement of the heightened importance to promote Responsible Gaming during this unprecedented time in our state. In support of these efforts we have developed the following supplemental information pieces that can be used for additional employee and guest education.

We encourage you to use the information below, in print or digital form, to provide enhanced Responsible Gaming messaging to employees and guests as you reopen your properties in Nevada.
